its 15th year Dulces
Latin Bistro,
rated as a three-star restaurant by the Seattle
Tempo, has quickly become a neighborhood favorite.
Chef Julie Guerrero's Latin menu (Latin being
defined by the fusion of French, Spanish, Italian)
and regional Mexican flavors changes seasonally
to take advantage of the freshest ingredients
available to the Pacific Northwest.
